STORY: The dramatic story of a drug dealer in modern day Hamelyn Town, ideal for school and youth group performances, and an inspiring classroom resource to support Drug Education projects with a lively musical. Tommy Piper, the Mayor’s son comes down from university and starts pushing drugs outside Hamelyn School. Tempted, some of the children try the drugs with disastrous results. They imagine Tommy’s long red-and-yellow-striped scarf is a viper that they follow in a crazy dance only to be ignored by local residents and the Town Council. In due course everybody pays a heavy price, while painful lessons have to be learnt.
